1. Introduction to Agreement

Your agreement to these terms is formed upon your first visit to our website or your first booking of a service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the client, and Internal Cleaning Services Limited, registered at 13 Magdalene Road, Wakefield, England, WF2 8BA.

2. Quotes and Bookings

1. Quote Generation: All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Any significant discrepancies found upon arrival at the property may result in an adjustment to the quoted price or lead to a cancellation of the service if an agreement cannot be reached.
2. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once Internal Cleaning Services Limited sends a confirmation email to the client, outlining the service details, date, time, and agreed price.

3. Pricing and Payment

1. Pricing Structure: Our services are priced based on factors such as property size, type of service, and specific client requirements. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger commercial contracts, specific invoicing terms will be provided. We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards.
3. Late Payments: Internal Cleaning Services Limited reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, compounded daily.

4. Cancellation Policy

1. Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a residential cleaning service.
2. Fees: If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost may be charged. For commercial services, cancellation terms will be outlined in the specific service agreement.

5. Service Provision

1. Access to Property: The client is responsible for providing our cleaning team with safe and uninterrupted access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Client Obligations: Clients are requested to secure pets and remove valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned to prevent accidental damage.
3. Included Services: The scope of work will be as detailed in the booking confirmation. Any additional services required must be agreed upon in advance.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
2. Complaints Procedure: Upon receiving a complaint, Internal Cleaning Services Limited will review the issue and, if deemed necessary, arrange a re-clean of the affected area(s) at no additional charge. This must be scheduled within 48 hours of the initial complaint.

7. Limitation of Liability

Internal Cleaning Services Limited will take all reasonable care while providing services. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to property unless directly caused by our proven negligence. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total cost of the cleaning service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Internal Cleaning Services Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of any content is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
